Dispatch and Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Prices for other destinations are calculated when you place your order - these shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm payment. A tracking number will be sent to the email address used when ordering.
If your order is placed at the weekend we will try and send it out within the next two working days. Please be advised we do not ship orders on UK bank holidays.
Goods are only sent by the following shippers:
- UK standard delivery;
Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service - 2/3 working days. (Not insured)
- UK next working day delivery;
Royal mail special delivery service - next working day guaranteed by 1pm, (which enables you to track your goods once it has been dispatched).
- European delivery;
DHL service - 1/2 working day trackable service.
- Worldwide delivery;
If you need your goods urgently please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will do our best to dispatch for the next working day.
*Please note customers that are wanting next day delivery, orders must be made before 12 noon on weekdays only.
**Please note that customers within Europe will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt due to Brexit in the UK. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
***Please note due to high volumes of orders we are unable to offer a UK next day delivery service during the sale period.
****Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to Russia.

Late and lost deliveries
If your delivery is delayed or there is no tracking information please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide more information.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
Mister Morton London cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
