A close friend of the brand, who has supported me from the start and can be seen in our lifestyle photography shots is Interior Designer Megan Sadler. I wanted to introduce her to you all as she has a life outside of being a part-time model. I asked her to share more about herself and her recent journeys...

Tell me about yourself? Describe your day job?

Megs: I am an Interior Designer - I currently work as a Freelance Interior Designer, consulting and supporting studios, and occasionally taking on own my projects.

I did an art foundation at Central St Martins, before going on to study Architecture at the University of Newcastle and the University of Westminster.
In my spare time, I visit flea markets and thrift shops. It’s a must do with every town I visit and something which gets me out and about most weekends. It’s something I have loved doing ever since I can remember - car boot sales, charity shops. I am lucky enough to do this for work too, regularly visiting antiques markets and fairs.
Where did you grow up?
Megs: Grew up in the Kent countryside
First job?
Megs: (Part-time Job whilst at school with Gap) My first real job was a placement in a design firm in Beijing.
First album?
Megs: Spice girls ha!
Favourite escape?
Megs: Bath and Bruton are my go to UK breaks. Short-haul and somewhere I have been many times are the Balearics. Long haul, I love Australia - Sydney because its got everything, beach, warm weather, and a city with amazing design scene. Bangalore was a cool little spot too.
Style icon?
Megs: Jesse Kamm (and adored the clothing in the serpent – despite the characters!)
Biggest extravagance?
Megs: Not very extravagant at all, in-fact quite the opposite, but I guess my Series III Landrover.
What podcast/music are you listening to at the moment?
Megs: Khruangbin
Favourite artists?
Megs: I really enjoy the work of Peter Matthews, his approach is completely unique; travelling the world ocean to ocean, where he submerses himself with a make-shift drawing for hours at a time, recording what he sees and experiences. These pieces then sit on the beach affected by the weather conditions and he then restitching the works into complete pieces to be mounted upon a canvas.
Favourite spot for a nightcap?

Megs: Campania, Colombia Road, is my favourite go to dinner spot (not quite the question!), its become a somewhat annual birthday tradition.

What excites/inspires you?

Megs: Traveling - visiting new places and cities is my main source of inspiration.

What item do you have your eye on in the new Tog Up collection?

Megs: I have the original black leather lanyard and often only take that out on a dog walk so that I can have some time away from my phone. I’d therefore say the Grace key lanyard is a must have and then the Jacob card wallet
